Once you have decided on the hours you need, you will be sent an invoice and once paid, work will begin. Payments can be made via direct debit, BACS or Credit Card.
On your discovery call, we will break down together all of the tasks that you need support with and work out roughly how long it will take per task. If we think that an hour per day would cover it then I would say book 20 hours for the month. This is only a rough guide as if in doubt you can start small and then top your hours up through the month if needed.
This is down to personal preference. The most common ways are by email, phone call or Zoom.
We also like to use project management tools like Asana or Trello. This helps with the visibility of the task at hand.
The monthly retainers have a 3-month minimum commitment. If for any reason you need to end this all we ask for is one month’s notice.

We take the protection of your data very seriously. All of our Virtual Assistants sign an NDA and are ICO registered.
